All Presets and Actions by Jessica G. Photography products are protected under US Copyright law and intellectual property laws. They may not be redistributed or resold in any form. Modification, copying or sharing of any content constitutes a breach of Copyright. Violators of this licensing agreement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

By purchasing Presets and Actions by Jessica G. Photography, you acknowledge that you may use this product for personal use or limited professional use. By purchasing Presets and Actions by Jessica G. Photography products, you do not gain ownership, nor can you claim any product as your own.

You are not allowed to modify, share, sell, transfer, copy or gift the right to use these actions to anyone else. This product should, under no circumstance, be posted or uploaded to the Internet. Posting a link for others to download Presets and Actions by Jessica G. Photography products is a felony.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

It is expected that the purchaser will back up his/her own actions on an external storage device. Presets and Actions by Jessica G. Photography is not responsible for lost files for any reason, but may be willing to re-issue the product once a valid purchase receipt has been provided.

Payments

Our shop is hosted on Shopify, Inc. They provide us with the online eCommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Newsletter Subscription

We offer the opportunity for you to volunteer certain information to us that is used for email and marketing purposes. This information includes (not limited to) your name and email address.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our website, shop, new products, and other updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the footer of our emails, but please note that we reserve the right to maintain a database of past email subscribers.

We also reserve the right to use this information as reasonably necessary for our business and as provided by law. We do not ever sell your information to third parties.

All digital sales are final sales. There are no refunds or returns.
